We cannot praise Christopher’s enough. Having a husband with Dementia is a challenge at the best of times but throw moving into the mix adds a whole new dimension. It’s not always easy to find an estate agent that behaves with honesty and integrity but if that’s what you’re looking for, Chris is your man. After a time wasting exercise with another local agent, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Christophers whose friendly professionalism and sound knowledge of the market resulted in my father’s house selling for the asking price in 48 hours. Chris and Heather are managing an exceptionally well run agency, they are responsive and answer the phone and return calls promptly, are always happy to answer queries and deal with problems that may arise. Ivybridge is lucky to have them!

Chris has been wonderful throughout the buying process of my new flat in Ivybridge. A small estate agency but comes with a personal touch. He helped at every point he could to nudge the completion along and more than accommodated additional viewings of the property to prepare for renovations post completion. I would recommend Chris for sales and purchase. Updated: 7/10/22 Chris and Heather have since looked after the sale of a property for me. Again - the service was seamless and stress free. Chris and Heather regularly followed up solicitors and parties in the chain (without being prompted) which resulted in a prompt transaction. Again - I can't fault and would highly recommend. If only all estate agencies were this good!!

Chris and Heather were both really pleasant, helpful and personable during the sale of our property, and purchasing our new home.
