Words really fail to express our deep gratitude and appreciation for the incredible support that we have received from Chris and Heather.
Our journey of selling has been marked with many challenges along the way. However with their professional guidance and superb support we have been able to navigate and overcome all obstacles.
The service that they and Rob have provided has been second to none. Far more than you could normally expect from an estate agency. We have bought and sold at least 15 times over the years and Christophers are without doubt the best agency we have ever used. Their thoughtfulness, diligence and guidance cannot be praised enough.

Christopher’s sold our house for us and the whole process was excellent. The initial appraisal and advice on approach to the marketing was spot on. They generated a lot of interest and helped us select the offer most likely to proceed smoothly. Communication was great throughout and we really felt we were in safe hands. I would highly recommend Christopher's to sell your property.
From the moment I made the enquiry about putting property on the market until sold I cannot fault the service.
Regular emails keeping us informed of what was happening on a regular basis. Queries answered quickly and clearly.
There is another tree on Dartmoor now thanks to Chris and also the rugby club are a £100 better off as this is his commitment for every property sold .
Always friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable re the property market and the local area as they should be.
